Atelier Aziz Alqatami developed a concept based on continuity between interior and exterior spaces, designing the main façade with its fountain, the office area with an experimental kitchen and garden, and the storage areas. The use of the same stone flooring throughout the project, combined with extensive glazed surfaces, creates a harmonious and light-filled environment defined by a clean and contemporary architectural language.

Within this setting, the display solutions become an integral part of the design, enhancing the products while preserving the fluidity of the space. For the presentation of fresh pastry, the Murozero Slide refrigerated cabinet by CIAM was selected and customized with mirrored interiors, polished stainless steel finishes, and an exterior in RAL 9016 Traffic White.

Dimmable internal LED lighting completes the solution, ensuring optimal product presentation throughout the day while reinforcing the balance between aesthetics, functionality, and display quality.
