The preservation system is built around the Compact Line Refrigerated and Ambient Counters, featuring powder-coated Rostiges Eisen doors and a matte Sahara Noir marble worktop. These are complemented by three Murozero Wall Units, two with negative temperature and one with positive temperature, installed within the venue's walls and internally clad in Inalco stoneware, with Rostiges Eisen finishes and interiors powder-coated in intense black RAL 9005.

The display area is completed by three 6040 G1 Display Cases, including one pastry showcase with a hot plate, and one ice cream showcase. Complete with display trays, a perimeter top in powder-coated Rostiges Eisen sheet metal, and a matte Sahara Noir marble worktop, these solutions ensure aesthetic and functional continuity, reinforcing the material palette and design language that define the entire venue.
