Within the redevelopment project of the Pinacoteca di Brera, Caffè Fernanda stands as a space where art, design, and hospitality come together.

For this prestigious setting, CIAM supplied the complete furnishing system, including Flat TS display cases, Compact back counters, and a bespoke bar counter distinguished by elegant Canaletto walnut slats.

The project enhances the space through refined materials and striking details, such as burnished brass countertops, mirrored surfaces, and integrated LED-lit shelving. Developed in collaboration with rgastudio, the installation contributes to a contemporary and sophisticated atmosphere, perfectly harmonized with the historic context of the Pinacoteca and the artworks it houses.

Named after Fernanda Wittgens, the visionary director who oversaw the reopening of the museum following the bombings of 1943, Caffè Fernanda is now a distinctive stop along the Brera museum route, where CIAM furnishings help shape an experience of both aesthetic excellence and functional value.
