At the heart of the space are two Circle gelato counters, which define the sales area through their clean and elegant design. Equipped with glycol technology to maintain gelato under optimal storage conditions, the counters feature flush-mounted lids in Nero Assoluto Laminam porcelain stoneware and are completed by a welded glass gantry, a solution that enhances product presentation while contributing to the overall visual harmony of the environment.

Supporting day-to-day operations, the project also includes reserve canisters equipped with a ready-spatulation system, designed to maintain a consistent product temperature and preserve all the qualitative characteristics of the gelato throughout storage.

The installation is further complemented by CIAM Standard Line neutral and refrigerated base units, custom-shaped to adapt perfectly to the venue’s layout. The bespoke Laminam worktop extends seamlessly to integrate the cashier area, creating a coherent and highly functional composition. The units are finished with NCS S0520-Y10R powder coating, a soft and refined shade that harmonizes with the interior concept and reinforces the project’s aesthetic identity.

Completing the display offering is the K2 refrigerated display case, dedicated to semifreddo creations and designed to combine optimal product preservation with an appealing presentation.
